Siabonga SitholeMy name is Siyabonga Sithole, born & raised in Durban.
I love to cook and started cooking from the age of 9 years old.

I studied in the United Kingdom where I worked with a Michelin star chef at Toplou House Hotel.

I moved back to South Africa and gained more experience while working at Durban Hilton Hotel, Estuary Court Hotel, Drakensberg Gardens and Beverly Hills Hotel.

I love to cook the old traditional way with a little bit of fusion and gastronomic influence.

I am the current Head Chef at Falaza Game Park & Spa and would like to invite you to come and experience fine dining with us.  Here are a few of my dishes to whet your appetite …..

We offer breakfast packs and lunch picnics for guests spending the day out in the Huluhlwe-Imfolozi Park.

Our pool and room service is offered complimentary to our guests with no additional tray charge.
