Family tent on request (2x tents sharing one deck)

Standard tent: Max two (2) children under 12 years can share with two (2) adults per tent

Children aged 0 – 3 years: stay free of charge

Children aged 4 – 12 years: pay 50% of the adult rate

*FB option: activities are subject to age and at the discretion of lodge manager/ranger

Third Adult policy:

Third adult sharing is not permitted on request. Applicable per person sharing rate applies.

Driver Guide rate:

DBB: R1255.00 per driver and/or guide per night

Payment and Cancellation Policy

In order to guarantee the reservation, a pre-payment via bank transfer or a credit card authorization form must be completed.

If no form of guarantee has been received by 12h00 on the day before arrival, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without prior notice.

Reservations made on the day of arrival without any form of guarantee will be released at 18h00 without prior notice.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be subject to 100% of deposit surcharge.

Cancellation between 7 – 14 days of arrival date will be subject to 75% of deposit surcharge.

Cancellation between 15 – 21 days of arrival date will be subject to 50% of deposit surcharge.

Cancellation between 22 – 28 days of arrival date will be subject to 25% of deposit surcharge.

We will endeavour to call you between 24 to 48 working hours prior to arrival to reconfirm this reservation and the expected time of arrival.
